I am a very particular and fussy customer and he really stepped up to the plate making sure everything was absolutely perfect.   There was an issue with the heater which was totally out of his control and he was brilliant in sorting it out, not expecting payment until everything was perfect.  Very competitive rates and that personal touch. We are really pleased we chose Saunaplus to install our home sauna. Not only was their quote reasonable and within budget, we are really pleased with the quality of the sauna. We wanted a specific look for our heater which was a bit out of the ordinary and they delivered without delay.
