8. Analytics

When someone visits our website we use one or more third party services, including

Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor

behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things like the number of visitors to different

pages on our site, and their usage patterns within those pages. This information is only

processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow

Google or other organisations to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those

visiting our website.

may not know your identity. If you are logged into your account with the third party

company, then the third party may be able to link information about your visit to our

platform to your account with them. Similarly, your interactions with the social plugin may

be recorded by the third party.

Please refer to the third party’s Privacy Policy to find out more about its data practices,

such as what data is collected about you and how the third party uses such data.

Mitigating the effects of possible DDoS or other attacks using a third party CDN (Content

Distribution Network)

Using secure third party software to store and manageable all data, for example Google

electronic information, can be 100% secure. So, we cannot guarantee the absolute

security of your transmissions to us and of your personal information that we store.

11. How long we keep personal data for

We will store any personal data you have given us or we have of you before any

need to get in touch about your work in the future (for example, archiving) we can do so.

You are at any time welcome to ask us to delete all of your personal data, however please

note that we cannot continue to offer any service to you if this were the case.

We would remove all of your personal data from our emailing services and CRM. We

would ask that we could keep your name and company in our CRM tool so that we can

ensure to never accidentally contact you again in a direct sales email capacity.
